I embarked on the journey to establish Bifocal Communications after realizing that I enjoyed consulting my customers and partners while working for Big Tech. My passion for helping customers, partners, and resellers grow their businesses by assisting them with my skills, and the latest digital tools, and enabling them to serve their communities become obsessive. With a career spanning many large technology organizations and driving initiatives like skills certification, patient protection, life sciences discovery, and home professional services mobility – I recognized the transformative power of digital marketing not just for businesses but for the wider community. I realized my role was to help these brilliant entrepreneurs, product developers, teachers, and professional service providers maximize their efforts in serving their communities.
